In this Teacher Training Course, we teach about the science of Yogic breathing therapeutic approach of pranayama. Taking a breath is the first and the last action, which all living beings do in their lifetime. Without breath, there is no life. But we hardly observe our breath in our daily life. Daily stress and physical habits can create physical and energetic obstacles in our bodies. Without even noticing, our breathing becomes gradually more unnatural and shallow. Slowly we develop improper breathing patterns restricting the flow of breath and Prana. Because of that so many of us suffer from bad breathing patterns and eventually can lead to various ailments.
Every aspect of Pranayama theory and Practical including many ancient yoga texts references will be covered along with modern co-relation and scientific approach of Pranayama.

Living 150 yoga academy practical and viva exam will be conducted online.
Passing will be at 40 percent of total marks.
